The Founding Team
Behind Etixio are two co-founders with complementary backgrounds who share the same conviction: performance stems as much from technical excellence as it does from the quality of human relationships.
Julien Goumet, an IT entrepreneur since 2012, co-founded Bocasay. Working alongside him is Mathieu Bernard, an entrepreneur and CTO for over 15 years, who is also a co-founder of Bocasay. Together, they built the company from the ground up to a team of nearly 200 employees spread across four countries, before successfully selling it to an international group.
Building on this experience, they are now developing Etixio with a rigorous approach tooffshore outsourcing, relying on dedicated teams based in Madagascar that are fully integrated and aligned with their clients’ business needs.
