Our commitments

Our commitments: what you can verify on your project.

Tech lead, ownership, engineering standard, transparency and continuity: five commitments we make on every project, and that you can verify.

An Etixio tech lead on every project

The tech lead owns the architecture and technical choices, reviews the code, organizes the team’s day-to-day work, remains your technical point of contact and ensures continuity (documentation, handover). You set the priorities; the tech lead is accountable for the quality of what is delivered. How to verify it: you know who your tech lead is from kickoff, and they take part in reviews and demos.

You stay in control

Everything remains yours: source code and repositories, access and accounts, tools, data and documentation. Our teams work inside your environment, under your rules, and you can take back control at any time. How to verify it: the code lives in your repositories and every access right is managed from your tools.

The same engineering standard

Systematic code review before every merge, automated tests on critical business rules and user journeys, continuous integration, secrets kept out of the code, separate environments, living documentation and, for AI, evaluation datasets with quality and cost monitoring. How to verify it: the history of reviews and CI runs is available in your tools.

Visible work

The backlog, architecture decisions, reviews and demos are accessible to your team. Any scope change is presented with its impact before it is committed. How to verify it: what has been delivered, what remains and what has changed can be read in your tools, with no middleman.

Product continuity

Documentation and handover happen as the work progresses, not only at the end. If someone changes, the replacement is organized and the handover is overseen by the tech lead. How to verify it: another team, yours or a new one, can take over the software from what has been handed to you.

These practices are detailed in our method and our organization.

A shared framework
