We separate building an AI application from the AI assistance used for development. In both cases, accessible data, evaluations and validation are part of the framework. A convincing demo still has to be tested against errors, costs and maintenance. That is the purpose of our AI POC to production service; for software your company publishes, we build AI features into the product with the same criteria.
Working together
We integrate with your tools and code review practices, or define a delivery framework with you. Structural choices are documented; changes come with tests suited to the level of risk. You keep visibility on dependencies, trade-offs and everything needed to take over the product.
Moving to delivery
We start with the issue that is blocking and the material needed to examine it: architecture, incidents, journeys or dependencies. The scope sets the depth of the analysis, the deliverables and the acceptance criteria. Code, configurations, access and documentation are included in the handover; support conditions are explicit.
