The client
A software vendor offering a secure document management and sharing platform for businesses and professionals. The solution centralizes exchanges, makes collaboration easier and integrates with major business tools.
Its users reach the service in several ways: from a browser, from their phone, or directly from the software they already use. The service has to stay consistent and secure, whatever the access point.

The challenge
Centralize document exchanges between businesses and professionals.
Protect the confidentiality of exchanges and meet regulatory requirements.
Extend the experience to every access point the vendor’s customers use.
Support the platform’s evolution over time, with the same team.

Team and organization
3 developers. Application core & web platform.

Spread across Madagascar and Mauritius, the team is run as a single product team. The Product Owner sets priorities, the developers build the platform, the app and the connectors, and the QA engineers test each release. This is how we deliver, through a dedicated IT team: a stable team that designs, builds and tests changes as the roadmap moves forward.
Technologies used
The application core and web platform are built in .NET; the iOS and Android app is built in Flutter, with a shared codebase. The connectors link the platform to users’ business software, with particular attention to secure exchanges.
