Software & AI · From strategy to production

Our organization

The same product knowledge, whatever the distance.

Named contacts, shared practices and visibility on deliveries: we organize the collaboration around the software to be built.

Explicit choices

Management close to your decisions, coordinated delivery.

We manage projects from France and deliver with our French-speaking engineering teams in Madagascar and Mauritius. A team in Vietnam provides support, alongside Mauritius, on English-language projects and high-value-added projects. The organization is built around the product’s scope: the use cases to understand, the skills to bring together and the responsibilities to share. Where people are located is no substitute for a clear architecture or for delivery criteria.

We define the contacts and communication channels at kickoff. Your team knows who to go to with a priority, a technical question or a delivery issue. The people building the software have the business context they need to understand their decisions.

Who does what

An Etixio tech lead on every project.

Every project has an Etixio tech lead. The tech lead owns the architecture and technical choices, reviews the code, organizes the team’s day-to-day work, remains your technical point of contact and ensures continuity (documentation, handover). We steer the project with you: you set priorities and make trade-offs, and the tech lead is accountable for the quality of what is delivered.

All our teams follow the same engineering standard: systematic code review, automated tests, continuous integration, secrets management, separate environments, living documentation and, for AI, evaluation datasets with quality and cost monitoring. It is detailed in our method.

Ownership and integration

You stay in control: your code, your access, your tools.

Everything remains yours: source code and repositories, access and accounts, tools, data and documentation. Our teams integrate into your information system (your Git repositories, your ticketing tool, your environments, your security rules), and you can take back control at any time.

In practice

Useful exchanges and knowledge that stays within the project.

Prepare the kickoff

We gather access rights, environments, working rules and the first topics. Your business and technical contacts and our tech lead are identified. The state of the existing system and its dependencies are shared so that a comprehension gap is not mistaken for a lack of capacity.

Work on a shared scope

The backlog and architecture decisions make the planned work and its acceptance conditions visible. Live discussions are used for trade-offs and complex topics. Important information stays documented so it is accessible without having to track down whoever attended a meeting.

Show the work and address obstacles

Demos and reviews provide visibility on features and technical points. Blockers are tied to a decision, an access right or a dependency to resolve. Scope changes are discussed along with their consequences before the commitment changes.

Plan for continuity

Code, configurations and documentation are handed over as the work progresses. Maintenance and support responsibilities are defined with your team. This organization preserves knowledge when the product, the priorities or the people change.

Explicit choices

A commercial framework that follows the nature of the work.

A well-defined project can be delivered as a fixed-price project after scoping. A continuous roadmap may call for a long-term setup. A specific difficulty can be handled by a targeted engagement, guided by our tech lead. In every case, the scope, responsibilities and handover must remain explicit.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us what you want to build, who the users are and what your technical environment looks like. Together, we will define the first scope to explore.
