The Etixio tech lead owns the architecture and technical choices, reviews the code, organizes the team’s day-to-day work, remains your technical point of contact and ensures continuity (documentation, handover). You keep control of the product (priorities, trade-offs); the tech lead is accountable for the quality of what is delivered.
