Scoping describes the users, the conditions of use and the information that triggers an action. We examine connectivity constraints and traceability needs before building interfaces and data flows. Tests are based on operational situations, including missing data, delays and recovery.
Moving to delivery
The decisions and work to prepare.
Responsibilities between the application, management systems and equipment must be explicit. A consultation or tracking tool does not have the same scope as a control system. Validation steps and deployment conditions are defined with the people responsible for operations. An assistant that looks up technical documentation or maintenance history falls within this framework. If it already exists as a prototype, we can take over the AI POC and bring it to production. For an industrial software vendor, we add AI features to the product with the same validation steps.
